Adjunct Faculty - Entrepreneurship

Job Summary

To support the Innovation and Entrepreneurship master's degree program, the part-time Adjunct Faculty - Entrepreneurship will create engaging learning environments, update curriculum, and assess student outcomes through online and on-campus teaching in Florida.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a student-centered learning environment through effective teaching and curriculum updates
• Utilize diverse teaching strategies and assess student outcomes through assignments and constructive feedback
• Conduct lectures and virtual meetings while interacting positively with a diverse student population

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of four years of verifiable work experience in entrepreneurship and business management
• Possession of a terminal degree with at least 18 graduate credit hours in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
• Teaching experience is preferred with a demonstrated passion for education
• Proficiency in software programs such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and communication skills
