Job Summary

• Facilitates a safe and productive learning environment by interacting directly with students and providing timely feedback on assignments
• Supports the college's mission through service to students, department, and community, while adhering to institutional policies and procedures
• Pursues professional development opportunities to maintain knowledge of curricula and industry trends, contributing to the quality of program offerings

Required qualifications

• Earned terminal degree in a relevant field (e.g., ESL/BL, Early Childhood Education, Curriculum & Instruction)
• Minimum of 3 peer-reviewed professional publications and presentations in the field of Doctoral Teaching & Learning
• 1+ year of teaching experience in a formal educational setting, preferably in higher education
• Demonstrated experience in developing online/virtual professional relationships
• Evidence of professional research and/or creative endeavors in the field
