Adjunct Faculty in Property Management

Job Summary

To empower future leaders in residential property management, the part-time Adjunct Faculty in Property Management will facilitate online discussions, manage grading, and respond to student inquiries while integrating biblical wisdom with industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly main discussion forums to engage students in the online classroom
• Adhere to weekly grading requirements, deadlines, and timeframes
• Respond to students' questions and emails within established timeframes

Required qualifications

• Preferred: PhD/DBA in Management or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of property management experience and relevant certifications
• Minimum: Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with at least 3 years of commercial or residential property management experience
• Experience in facilitating online learning environments
• Commitment to supporting the University's Doctrinal Statement and Ethical Position Statement
• Ability to integrate faith-based principles into leadership and management practices
