Job Summary
To support the education of future public safety leaders, the part-time Adjunct Faculty in Public Safety Leadership & Organizational Management will teach remotely, focusing on courses such as organizational management, decision-making, and strategic planning while engaging with students and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an active classroom presence and engage students through discussions and mentorship
- Provide timely feedback and support to students, monitoring their progress and addressing challenges
- Collaborate with academic staff and utilize data tools to enhance student success and engagement
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Safety, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Professional experience in Public Safety and/or Criminal Justice
- Ability to maintain legal status in the country of application
- Student-centered approach demonstrating empathy and cultural responsiveness
