Adjunct Faculty, Leadership Studies

Job Summary

Seeking a passionate educator, the part-time Adjunct Faculty in Leadership and Curriculum Studies will engage with students in an online environment, facilitating learning experiences, providing feedback, and maintaining course quality while reporting to the department chair.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate a productive and safe online learning environment, interacting professionally with students and providing timely feedback on assignments
• Support departmental and institutional policies while promoting student engagement and ethical conduct
• Engage in professional development activities to enhance personal and technical knowledge related to curricula and industry trends

Required qualifications

• Earned terminal degree(s) in a relevant field associated with the department
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role with experience in teaching in higher education
• At least 3 peer-reviewed professional publications and presentations
• Demonstrated experience in developing online/virtual professional relationships
• Evidence of professional research and/or creative endeavors in the field
