Required qualifications

• Earned a terminal degree in Leadership, Higher Education, Research, or Community College
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a formal educational setting, preferably in higher education
• Demonstrated experience in developing online professional relationships
• Evidence of professional research or creative endeavors in the field
• Strong understanding of both traditional and non-traditional teaching formats
