Job Summary

Seeking qualified candidates, the part-time Adjunct Instructor of Mechanical Engineering will teach undergraduate courses in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, and Technology, potentially in online, hybrid, or in-person formats, based on departmental needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instruction in designated courses within the Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, and Technology department
• Utilize various teaching modalities, including online, in-person, and hybrid formats, to meet student and departmental needs
• Contribute to the academic growth of students through effective course design and assessment strategies

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree or higher in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in teaching at the undergraduate level
• Ability to teach courses using various delivery methods, including online platforms
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, such as Canvas or Blackboard
• Experience with virtual teaching tools like Zoom, Skype, or Microsoft Teams
