Job Summary
To support the educational mission of the Mason School of Business, the part-time Adjunct Professor - Operations Management will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Analytics, Information Systems, and/or Operations while providing timely feedback and promoting academic integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare course syllabi and review course content, activities, and assessments prior to the term start date
- Facilitate course activities, coordinate with the Area Head, and maintain communication with students and faculty
- Grade assignments and provide timely feedback, while offering weekly office hours for student consultations
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree directly related to the discipline or a Bachelor's Degree with significant relevant experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to incorporate technology into educational processes
