Adjunct Psychology Faculty
Job Summary
Providing high-quality instruction in undergraduate psychology, the part-time Adjunct Psychology Faculty will engage students in an online learning environment, facilitate coursework, and offer timely feedback while supporting the Christian mission of the university.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate and support students in the online classroom, teaching up to 24 credit hours per academic year
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments and respond to student inquiries regarding course material
- Participate in faculty meetings and collaborate with the Program Director on course improvement and student performance issues
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology or a related field from an accredited institution
- Experience teaching and developing online coursework preferred
- Proficiency in APA 7th edition formatting and citation requirements
- Computer literacy in software and internet-based applications
- Willingness to support the Christian mission of the university
