Job Summary

Investigating automobile accidents involving bodily injury, the full-time remote Claims Adjuster will assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service and negotiating fair injury settlements with all parties involved.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed investigations of casualty claims, interpreting policies to determine coverage
• Communicate effectively with customers through various channels to facilitate a smooth claims process
• Evaluate and negotiate claim settlements in compliance with legal and business standards

Required qualifications

• Active Adjuster License required for the position
• 2+ years of experience in claims, specifically with casualty bodily injury claims
• Experience in claims investigation and negotiation preferred
• Strong understanding of liability investigations and coverage assessments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment using multiple tools for claims processing
