Admission Counselor

Job Summary

Engaging with prospective students through various communication channels, the full-time Admission Counselor I will assist in enrolling students into Undergraduate and Graduate degree programs remotely while serving as a liaison to other campus departments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews to evaluate prospective students' needs and provide information on program offerings
• Assist students through the admission process while adhering to policies and compliance standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery to prospective students

Required qualifications

• An associate degree or some college coursework completed; equivalent experience may be accepted
• At least 1 year of relevant sales or customer service experience in relationship or consultative sales
• Flexibility to work either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday
• Must reside in an approved state within the Central, Eastern, Mountain, or Pacific time zones
