Job Summary
To attract and educate potential students for Herzing University Online Campus, the full-time remote Admissions Advisor will manage inbound and outbound phone interactions, provide program information, and guide prospective students through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries about courses and programs via phone, email, text, and chat
- Interview prospective students to understand their educational motivations and career goals
- Guide students through the admissions process and connect them to support resources
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience for Associate Admissions Advisor role
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience for Admissions Advisor role
