Job Summary

To attract and educate potential students for Herzing University Online Campus, the full-time remote Admissions Advisor will manage inbound and outbound phone interactions, provide program information, and guide prospective students through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about courses and programs via phone, email, text, and chat
• Interview prospective students to understand their educational motivations and career goals
• Guide students through the admissions process and connect them to support resources

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience for Associate Admissions Advisor role
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience for Admissions Advisor role
• Minimum of six months of experience in admissions, higher education, customer service, or sales
