Job Summary

Supporting the next enrollment cycle, the temporary full-time Admissions Advisor will manage high-volume admissions calls, assist applicants in evaluating program value, and guide admitted candidates through the enrollment process, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of admissions calls and proactive outreach to answer questions about the program experience
• Help prospective enrollees assess the program's value and guide them through the decision to enrollment process
• Manage employer-sponsorship communications and provide necessary materials to secure company support for candidates

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in admissions, enrollment advising, inside sales, or a consultative role, preferably in executive education or edtech
• Experience handling 20-30+ meaningful phone conversations daily with a consultative approach
• Strong writing skills for managing a high-volume inbox with personalized responses
• Conversant in AI and the business-education landscape, with the ability to discuss its impact on senior professionals
• Organized and self-directed, with strong CRM hygiene and pipeline management skills
