Job Summary

Guiding prospective students through a structured admissions process, the full-time remote Admissions Advisor will manage a high-volume pipeline of leads from campus and university partnerships while providing consultative support on program details, tuition, and funding options.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads from partner campuses and universities, guiding students from inquiry to enrollment
• Conduct individual admissions consultations to assess student goals and fit for ACI Tech Academy's programs
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment activity in the CRM, ensuring consistent follow-up and outreach

Required qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, sales, or a comparable consultative role
• Strong work ethic, high energy, and self-motivation
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• CRM discipline and organizational skills to manage a high volume of interactions
• Professional communication skills and personal accountability
