- Drive monthly sales numbers and consistently exceed targets
- Conduct interviews to assess eligibility and inspire interest in programs
- Implement sales strategies to maximize program enrollments and manage applicant follow-ups
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Native-level English; Spanish proficiency is a bonus
- Exceptional phone skills with a professional and persuasive manner
