Job Summary

Managing inbound patient inquiries, the part-time Admissions Inquiry Representative will provide program information, discuss insurance and finances, and document communications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inquiry calls, emails, and web forms, providing live information to patients, families, and referents
• Collect patient information and input data into various platforms while scheduling screening appointments and conducting reminder calls
• Resolve patient requests efficiently, encouraging families to proceed with the admissions process

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in call center or customer service roles, particularly in patient scheduling
• Experience managing high-volume inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work part-time, specifically Sunday through Thursday from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST
• Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to adapt to rapid changes and innovation in a startup environment
