Job Summary

Serving as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, the full-time Admissions Liaison will manage inbound leads, provide information about treatment options, and coordinate a warm handoff to Admissions Counselors while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and serve as the first contact for prospective clients
• Re-engage previous leads and provide information about treatment options
• Coordinate follow-up with Admissions Counselors and maintain timely engagement through various platforms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong, compassionate communication skills
• Sales-minded with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
• Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Healthcare sales experience preferred
