Admissions Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a self-driven Admissions Specialist to join the remote Admissions Center team, responsible for engaging with prospects, conducting discovery calls, and guiding them through the enrollment process while meeting monthly enrollment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls to assess prospects' fit for Ria Health's telehealth AUD treatment
• Manage insurance eligibility by collecting and processing requests in collaboration with the Verifications Specialist
• Track customer interactions in Salesforce CRM and provide feedback to improve enrollment processes

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or admissions, with a preference for sales experience
• Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically to build rapport with potential patients
• Proficiency in using various computer applications, including Salesforce and Google Suite
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and protecting patient information
• Passion for healthcare and technology, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
