Admissions Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a self-driven and motivated Admissions Specialist, the remote position will engage with prospects, actively listen to their needs, and explain how Ria Health's services can improve their relationship with alcohol while consistently meeting monthly enrollment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls to assess prospects' fit for Ria Health's telehealth AUD treatment and address objections
• Manage insurance eligibility by collecting and processing requests in collaboration with the Verifications Specialist
• Guide prospects through the enrollment process, ensuring high-quality conversions and tracking interactions in Salesforce CRM

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare/patient care, or enrollment; sales experience preferred
• Polished and professional communication skills to build rapport with potential patients
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and other computer applications
• Passion for healthcare and technology, with a flexible and solution-driven mindset
• Commitment to HIPAA Compliance and protecting patient information and privacy
