Key responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls to assess the suitability of Ria Health's telehealth AUD treatment for prospects
- Manage insurance eligibility and collaborate with the Verifications Specialist to process requests
- Guide prospects through the enrollment process and ensure high-quality conversions while tracking interactions in Salesforce CRM
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare/patient care, or sales, preferably in admissions
- Polished and professional communication skills to build rapport with potential patients
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in applications like Salesforce and Google Suite
- Passion for healthcare and technology, with a flexible and solution-driven mindset
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and protecting patient information
