Admissions Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a self-driven Admissions Specialist to work remotely, this full-time position will engage with prospects, conduct discovery calls to assess fit for Ria Health's telehealth alcohol treatment services, and meet monthly enrollment targets through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls to determine suitability of services for prospects, addressing objections and guiding them through the enrollment process
• Manage insurance eligibility by collecting necessary information and collaborating with the Verifications Specialist
• Track interactions in Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, while providing feedback for process improvement

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or sales, preferably in admissions
• Polished and professional communication skills to build rapport with potential patients
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and other applications
• Passion for healthcare and technology, with a flexible and solution-oriented mindset
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards
