Admissions Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a self-driven and motivated Admissions Specialist for a part-time remote role, who will engage with prospects, explain Ria Health's services, and meet monthly enrollment targets through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls to assess prospects' suitability for telehealth AUD treatment and address objections
• Manage insurance eligibility and assist prospects through the enrollment process, ensuring accurate data tracking in Salesforce CRM
• Collaborate with the Enrollment team to provide feedback and improve processes while achieving sales-driven enrollment goals

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or sales, preferably in admissions
• Polished communication skills to build rapport with potential patients
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Salesforce and Google Suite
• Passion for healthcare and technology, with a commitment to HIPAA compliance
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
