Admissions Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a self-driven Admissions Specialist for a remote, full-time position, who will engage with prospects through discovery calls, manage insurance eligibility, and guide them through the enrollment process while meeting monthly enrollment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect fit for Ria Health's telehealth AUD treatment and address objections
• Manage insurance eligibility by collecting necessary information and collaborating with the Verifications Specialist
• Assist prospects through the enrollment process and ensure accurate tracking of interactions in Salesforce CRM

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare/patient care, or enrollment, with a preference for sales or admissions experience
• Polished and professional communication skills to build rapport with potential patients
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and other computer applications
• Passion for healthcare and technology, with a flexible and solution-oriented mindset
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and understanding of patient privacy policies
