Job Summary
Seeking a self-driven and motivated Admissions Specialist, the remote position will engage with prospects to explain Ria Health's services, actively listen to their needs, and meet monthly enrollment targets in a sales-driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls to assess the suitability of Ria Health's telehealth AUD treatment for prospects
- Manage insurance eligibility by collecting information and collaborating with the Verifications Specialist
- Guide prospects through the enrollment process, ensuring accurate data entry in Salesforce CRM and addressing any objections
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare/patient care, or sales/admissions
- Polished and professional communication skills to build rapport with potential patients
- Tech-savvy with experience using Salesforce, Google Suite, or similar applications
- Passion for healthcare and technology, with a drive to find solutions in the industry
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and protecting patient information
