Admissions Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing admissions team, the part-time Admissions Specialist will engage with prospects to explain Ria Health's services and assist them through the enrollment process while working remotely on weekends from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls to assess prospects' suitability for telehealth AUD treatment and address any objections
- Manage insurance eligibility by collecting necessary information and collaborating with the Verifications Specialist
- Meet monthly enrollment targets by guiding prospects through the enrollment process and ensuring high-quality conversions
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or sales, preferably in admissions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential patients
- Proficiency in using computer applications and systems, including Salesforce and Google Suite
- Demonstrated passion for healthcare and technology, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient privacy policies
