Job Summary

Seeking a self-driven Admissions Specialist for a part-time remote position, who will engage with prospects, explain Ria Health's alcohol treatment services, and meet monthly enrollment targets through both inbound and outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls to assess prospects' fit for Ria Health's telehealth AUD treatment
• Manage insurance eligibility by collecting and processing necessary information in collaboration with the Verifications Specialist
• Guide prospects through the enrollment process, ensuring a positive experience and capturing high intent

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or sales, with a preference for admissions experience
• Polished communication skills to build rapport and trust with potential patients
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using applications like Salesforce and Google Suite
• Passion for healthcare and technology, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient privacy policies
