Admissions Specialist

Job Summary

Recruiting prospective students, the full-time remote Admissions Specialist will facilitate enrollment activities, assess student needs, and provide guidance throughout the admissions process for Georgetown University's Berkley School of Nursing.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all enrollment activities from initial inquiry through final matriculation for prospective students
• Act as a liaison with collaborating departments while providing extensive support and follow-up with prospective students
• Coordinate and host prospective student webinars and participate in recruitment events

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least two years of admissions experience in a higher education setting
• Experience in nursing or health education is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with admissions data management systems, including Slate and SalesForce CRM
• Consultative sales or customer service experience
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks in a dynamic environment
