Job Summary

Supporting prospective and current applicants in competency-based education programs, the full-time remote YourPace Admissions Specialist will guide applicants through admission requirements, review application materials, and collaborate with university departments to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guide domestic and international applicants through admission requirements and processes
• Review application materials and academic credentials, including foreign credential evaluations
• Collaborate with university departments to enhance the applicant experience from application to enrollment

Required qualifications

• Associate degree and at least two years of experience in admissions, student advising, or enrollment services
• Experience working with adult learners, competency-based education, or international students
• Working knowledge of international admissions processes and English language proficiency requirements
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Experience with multiple technology platforms in a remote work environment
