Job Summary
Working remotely or onsite in Duluth, GA, the full-time Adoption Consultant will assist clients post go-live by providing training and support for CINC's management functions, ensuring effective adoption and operationalization of the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with management company clients to operationalize property management processes in the CINC platform
- Deliver in-depth training and guided sessions on management-side functionality and best practices
- Host virtual webinars for ongoing customer education, reinforcing best practices and introducing new features
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in property management or related field preferred
- 4+ years of relevant experience in an external consulting role, preferably in property management
- Expert understanding of property management processes, including violations and work orders
- Experience in direct client-facing engagements with effective communication skills
- Professional competence in the Microsoft Office Suite
