Adoption Strategist
Job Summary
Driving customer engagement and product adoption, the full-time remote Adoption Strategist will design and implement scalable enablement programs, onboarding tracks, and lifecycle campaigns for corporate and mid-market customers while leveraging deep product expertise across the ElevenLabs platform.
Key responsibilities
- Build and deliver scalable enablement and activation programs to educate customers on best practices and accelerate time-to-value
- Develop deep product expertise across ElevenLabs offerings, particularly ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative, while staying updated on new product releases
- Track adoption metrics and partner with Revenue Operations to create data-driven strategies and playbooks that enhance customer engagement
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, or similar roles at a technical company
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- Proven track record of building adoption-focused programs from scratch
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Fluency in English is required
