Adoption Strategist
Job Summary
Driving customer engagement in a remote full-time capacity, the Adoption Strategist will design and implement scalable enablement programs, onboarding tracks, and lifecycle campaigns to enhance product adoption and maximize value for corporate and mid-market clients.
Key responsibilities
- Build and deliver scalable enablement and activation programs to educate customers on best practices and accelerate time-to-value
- Develop deep product expertise across the ElevenLabs platform, focusing on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative
- Track and analyze adoption metrics to inform data-driven strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams on targeted campaigns
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, or similar roles at an AI-native or technical company
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- Proven track record of building adoption-focused programs from the ground up
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and develop strategies based on data insights
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business in mid-market or commercial segments
