ADP & Concur Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting key enterprise applications, the fully remote ADP & Concur Consultant will manage the administration, configuration, and optimization of ADP Workforce Now and Concur while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance business processes and drive system initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Administer, configure, implement, and optimize ADP Workforce Now and Concur
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions
- Support integrations and data flows across HRIS, payroll, and related business applications
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and Concur, including implementation and administration
- Experience with HRIS, ATS/recruiting, and payroll processes
- Business systems consulting skills, including requirements gathering and process analysis
- Experience with system controls, audits, and SOX requirements
- Familiarity with enterprise application integrations and data flows
