AdTech Engineering Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of 3 to 5 engineers in a full-time, remote position, the AdTech Engineering Team Lead will manage programmatic advertising infrastructure, ensuring high throughput and low latency while collaborating closely with client engineering and product leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, overseeing their delivery and growth
• Guide the design and implementation of real-time bidding infrastructure and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to plan and prioritize work, maintaining system health and performance

Required qualifications

• BS or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising systems and AWS infrastructure
• Proficiency in building production front-end applications using React and TypeScript
• Experience in high-throughput, low-latency production environments
