Adult Executive Functioning Coach
Job Summary
To support adult clients in achieving their personal and professional goals, the part-time Adult Executive Functioning Coach will provide virtual 1-on-1 coaching focused on time management, organization, and productivity, utilizing The Ladder Method's curriculum and methodology.
Key responsibilities:
- Coach adult clients virtually using The Ladder Method's curriculum
- Guide clients in improving time management, task initiation, and organization
- Document client progress and maintain communication with the internal team
Required qualifications:
- Background in coaching, psychology, education, counseling, social work, or a related field
- BA or BS degree required
- Strong understanding of executive functioning and its impact on adult learning
- Experience working with neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, anxiety, etc.)
- Must be available for at least 10 hours/week with flexible scheduling
