Advanced Care Specialist

Job Summary

To support patient care initiatives, the fully remote Advanced Care Specialist will guide patients through the service process, ensuring effective communication and addressing their needs to enhance health outcomes while maintaining organizational alignment.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to patient inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues
• Make equipment recommendations and troubleshoot issues to improve patient care quality
• Document patient interactions and order details accurately while identifying trends to enhance efficiency

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative roles, customer service, or related fields
• Two years of work-related experience required for senior-level positions, including one year in a relevant environment
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies setting is preferred
