Job Summary

Guiding patients through their care journey, the full-time Advanced Care Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, manage communications, and recommend appropriate medical equipment while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to patient inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely and effective communication
• Document patient interactions and manage order processing to enhance patient experience and care quality
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and support departmental goals

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in healthcare administrative roles, customer service, or related fields
• Two years of experience required for senior level positions, including specific experience in Medicare certified environments
• Technical aptitude with the ability to learn new technologies and systems
• Experience in managing customer communications effectively and professionally
