Job Summary

Guiding patients through the healthcare process, the full-time Advanced Care Specialist will provide exceptional customer service and support by addressing patient needs, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring timely order processing in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to patient inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
• Process orders and verify delivery information while documenting all patient interactions accurately
• Collaborate with team members to identify trends and improve operational efficiency

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of relevant experience in healthcare administrative roles or customer service
• Two years of work-related experience is required for senior-level positions
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
