Job Summary
To enhance the guest experience, the full-time Advanced Product Analyst will develop and lead measurement initiatives, leveraging internal data sources to drive strategic and tactical business decisions in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct strategic deep dives and employ advanced data analysis to extract actionable insights that inform the product roadmap
- Define, design, develop, and maintain a suite of self-service dashboards and tools for various stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Data Science, to ensure effective data foundation and insights delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or applied quantitative analysis
- Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data analysis (5+ years)
- Experience with experimentation techniques such as A/B testing and causal inference (5+ years)
- Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking skills
