Job Summary
Focusing on customer success, the full-time Advanced Services Engineer will guide clients through the implementation and maturation of their data security platform, ensuring measurable outcomes and operational efficiency primarily through remote engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyze customer information to define outcome-driven delivery plans
- Assess and translate technical and operational requirements to achieve desired customer outcomes
- Manage and report on the progress of customer engagements, ensuring clear documentation of milestones and deliverables
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles
- Experience with cloud/SaaS ecosystems such as Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Google, and Salesforce
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Purview
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a customer service mindset
