Advertiser Success Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of advertisers, the full-time remote Advertiser Success Manager will leverage performance marketing expertise to provide exceptional client service, analyze market trends, and develop strategies that drive revenue growth on the Adflow platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with new and existing advertisers, ensuring performance expectations are met and exceeded
• Monitor client budgets and prepare formal business reviews to optimize advertising spend on Adflow inventory
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback, analysis, and recommendations for campaign optimization and revenue growth

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital performance marketing or ad tech, with commerce media experience preferred
• High proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
• Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders
• Organizational skills to manage multiple advertiser campaigns simultaneously
• Experience in managing client budgets and revenue pacing
