Advisor Integration Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the onboarding of new advisors, the full-time Advisor Integration Manager will manage technical training and integration processes remotely, ensuring that each advisor quickly becomes proficient in GTC's systems and resources while building strong relationships with their Account Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Growth Team to understand new advisors' business goals and complete technical onboarding actions
• Deliver structured training programs post-onboarding and conduct weekly check-ins with new advisors for additional support
• Collaborate with Account Sales Managers to ensure effective advisor support and create tailored training as needed

Required qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in training within the travel industry, preferably with GTC or an Internova company
• Strong understanding of GTC's platforms, tools, and partner network
• Experience in client-facing roles such as travel, advisor relations, or account management
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
