Job Summary

To ensure a smooth transition experience for financial advisors, the full-time remote Advisor Onboarding Specialist will manage onboarding, offboarding, and transition activities while coordinating with various stakeholders and tracking progress against key milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Execute transition plans for advisors and teams, ensuring compliance and stakeholder satisfaction
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to complete onboarding and offboarding deliverables
• Provide high-quality communication and support throughout the transition process to enhance advisor experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, or a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience managing complex processes with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional work and influence outcomes without direct authority
• Strong project management skills with the ability to track milestones and manage dependencies
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or related business functions preferred
