Job Summary
Leading quality and testing strategy, the full-time Advisor Test Engineer will develop testing methodologies, manage testing operations, and oversee a blended team of testing professionals in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain overall testing strategy for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and quality objectives
- Lead all phases of testing, including test planning, execution, and defect management across multiple projects
- Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to communicate testing status, risks, and recommendations for quality governance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience managing testing activities for large-scale enterprise systems using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools, with knowledge of SQL and test automation tools
- Experience supporting highly regulated environments, such as healthcare or government sectors
