Job Summary
Fostering long-term consulting relationships, the full-time remote Advisory Consultant - Raiser's Edge will provide outcomes-focused consulting to clients using Raiser's Edge NXT, ensuring effective product adoption and maximizing software value.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prescriptive consulting to a diverse portfolio of Raiser's Edge NXT customers
- Craft tailored roadmaps for customers to adopt or expand functionality based on their needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience and support throughout their engagement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience using, supporting, or consulting on RE7 and RENXT
- Experience in multiple areas of fundraising, such as annual or major giving
- Proven ability to engage with key stakeholders and drive organizational change
- Strong portfolio management skills with a self-starter mindset
- Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of customer needs
