Job Summary
Serving as a trusted advisor, the full-time remote Advisory Transformation Consultant will guide enterprise transformation initiatives, partnering with executive sponsors to define objectives, lead assessments, and develop strategic roadmaps for sustained business value realization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead current-state assessments to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate workshops with executives and stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making
- Design and execute integrated change management strategies to support transformation initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, advisory services, or business transformation
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or cloud transformation initiatives, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Working knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter
- Strong analytical skills, including business case development and KPI definition
