Aerospace Account Manager

Job Summary

Coordinating and scheduling aerospace manufacturing and engineering projects, the full-time Aerospace Account Manager will manage production planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery and compliance with industry standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily production schedules while coordinating workflow and mitigating risks related to capacity and material constraints
• Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and production teams to optimize workflows and ensure on-time delivery of aerospace components
• Interpret aerospace manufacturing drawings and specifications to guide planning decisions and ensure compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or related industries, with a focus on production planning or program management
• Proficiency in manufacturing planning software and ERP systems, such as Job Boss
• Strong analytical skills to forecast production needs and resolve bottlenecks
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents related to aerospace manufacturing
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, procurement, and quality assurance teams
