Affiliate and Influencer Marketer
Job Summary
Owning the day-to-day strategy and execution of affiliate and influencer marketing, the full-time Affiliate and Influencer Marketer will manage partner recruitment, campaign development, and performance optimization in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the affiliate and influencer marketing roadmap, performance targets, and growth plans
- Source, evaluate, and onboard high-value partners while creating compelling activation plans
- Manage commission structures and optimize affiliate economics and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or related fields
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through affiliate or creator partnerships
- Hands-on experience with partner recruitment, onboarding, and management
- Strong understanding of affiliate economics, including CAC and ROAS
- Experience in developing and executing influencer campaigns from brief to measurement
