Affiliate Growth Lead

Job Summary

Building and scaling relationships with finance and investing creators and affiliates, the full-time Affiliate Growth Lead will manage business development and performance marketing efforts to drive funded accounts and trading volume, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own business development for US finance and investing creators and affiliates, building a pipeline of trading educators and finance content creators
• Develop and execute the US creator and affiliate strategy, focusing on driving Margin trading volume and funded accounts
• Structure and manage partnerships, ensuring effective tracking, attribution, and compliance with legal standards

Required qualifications

• Deep experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate-led growth within the US finance sector
• Strong existing network in the US finance and investing creator ecosystem
• Working knowledge of crypto and digital assets, with the ability to communicate these concepts to new audiences
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and growing performance-based partnerships
• Familiarity with US financial advertising rules and compliance processes
