Affiliate Growth Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing early childhood education brand, the full-time remote Affiliate & Creator Growth Manager will build and scale profitable affiliate and creator partnerships across multiple platforms, focusing on innovative growth strategies and meaningful creator relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute a unified affiliate growth strategy across TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, and other channels
• Develop and maintain a high-performing network of creators, optimizing recruitment, activation, and retention processes
• Independently identify and implement new growth opportunities through measurable experiments and strategic partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience building and scaling profitable affiliate or creator programs for ecommerce brands
• Hands-on knowledge of affiliate marketing across at least two platforms, including TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify
• Strong financial acumen with a focus on contribution profit and ROI in affiliate program economics
• Experience in creator acquisition, development, and management, with a track record of improving creator productivity
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in affiliate, influencer, or creator commerce
