Affiliate Manager
Job Summary
Managing and scaling the existing affiliate partner base, the full-time Middle Affiliate Manager (AI Product) will oversee onboarding, creative selection, and tracking setup while working remotely from any location.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the affiliate partner base across various models, including CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid
- Monitor KPIs per partner and collaborate on optimizing underperforming placements
- Maintain tracking and reporting infrastructure, ensuring accuracy between partner and internal statistics
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle affiliate account management
- Understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare, and Hybrid models, as well as traffic quality and fraud risks
- Technical literacy in tracking, pixels, postback/S2S, and basic API usage
- Experience with partner pipeline/CRM management
- Proficiency in building and interpreting performance dashboards for analytical reporting
